Before day 1

The launch checklist.

01Swap the placeholder links. Every Pre-Brief CTA points to REPLACE-WITH-YOUR-HIPPO-PREBRIEF-LINK, search-and-replace it with your existing resource’s URL across all files. Email CTAs currently point at the local pages; swap for your ESP’s tracked links.
02Confirm the real numbers. Cohort seat count (cohort.html, seatsTaken in the inline script), the [X] of 24 in the Day 28 email, and the “two windows held” status on the enterprise calendar. Honesty is the campaign’s engine, never ship an inflated number.
03Set up the booking path. CTAs use mailto:ruths@castlenegotiate.com with pre-filled subjects. If you use Calendly or similar, replace the scoping-call mailtos with the booking URL.
04Load Flow 1 into your ESP. Each email card has subject A, a B-test subject, preview text, send time, and a copy button. Suppress buyers from later deadline emails as noted in the audience line.
05Trademark check. Terms carry ™ throughout (Knight’s Move™, HIPPO Brief™, etc.). Per the Doctrine, confirm registration status with counsel before publishing ™ externally.
06Verify testimonial permissions. Named quotes (Lind, Peck, Jacobson, Meyer, Holzinger, Fort, Schucht, etc.) are from the master testimonials file; stories are extended with narrative detail, confirm each named person is comfortable with the expanded telling before Day 1.
07Read LAUNCH-GUIDE.md. The full playbook, decisions made, dates, voice rules, export workflows, and what to update mid-flight, lives in campaign/LAUNCH-GUIDE.md.
